Sitting up!

Vera wanted to show off her new sitting up skills!  These are not to be mistaken for her spitting up skills, which are also considerable.  At first, we would wait attentively to catch her whenever she fell, feeling like we were her very own super heroes who rescued her from the clutches of gravity.  Now that she pretty much sits up as long as she wants, we feel rather useless.  You can tell from the picture that she loves being so independent!
