The Wonders of His Love

To all our friends and family, we wish you all a very merry Christmas!

During the Christmas season, we usually reflect on the past year and where God has brought us. I don't know about all of you, but John and I have been through our share of both struggles and joys this year. But as we remember the times we have had this year, one thing sticks out more than anything, and that is God's hand in our life. It is clear that God has carried us through each moment of this year, comforting and strengthening us in hard times, and celebrating with us in good times.

Each year we come to realize more and more how Christ really is our Savior. Not only in the face of death, on the cross, but in ways that ring a little closer to home too. Christ is our Savior every day, in every moment, and He is the only thing in our lives that never ever changes. No matter how many years pass, or how good or bad we feel, Christ saves us always. Not just in the big ways, but in the small things too.

We pray that God gives you the vision to see Christ's saving grace in your life this Christmas. We love you all and we can think of no greater joy on Christmas but to know God's rich salvation.

We took on a project this year for the Salvation Army Red Kettle campaign, and we hope you will consider joining us in giving to those less fortunate this Christmas. Perhaps this will give a different kind of salvation to someone in need. Thank you to all who have donated so far, we have already raised $230. (the link is on the left)

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

"I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord." Luke 2:10-11
