So we finally had a chance to take all of your sound dating advice and get out to a jazz club. We decided to try out a new place, Jazz at the Bistro, which is one of the nicer jazz clubs in town. Lamar Harris was playing, and the group has kind of a jazz/funk sound. He is a trombone player - Dad you should check out the myspace music!
Better yet, we got to go with our friends Todd and Kelly! Some pictures - unfortunately none of the band playing since no pictures were allowed during the performance:

hey i can't believe you hang out with todd and kelly! i went to cuw with both of them and they are the sweetest people ever. wow talk about a small world right? tell them i said hi!
